About the event
Come celebrate community, culture, and the river with us! You're invited to Holyoke Rows' second annual Shad Festival—a celebration of the Connecticut River and the annual shad migration in western Massachusetts.
Join us for a fun-filled afternoon featuring delicious food, kayak adventures, river-themed arts and crafts, fishing, traditional shad planking, vendors, music, rowing opportunities, salsa lessons, ice cream, and more.

Parking: Free parking along both sides of Main Street and at Dean High School
