Connecticut River Conservancy's Annual Meeting is open to the public and we invite community participation. The meeting will be held at Goodwin University in East Hartford, CT, and will include a combination of CRC's nonprofit updates + enjoyable riverside activities!

Annual Meeting Agenda:

• Welcome and introductions of Trustees
• Determination of a quorum
• Finance and program report to the membership
• Thank you to our departing Trustees

Riverside Celebration:

• Boat rides aboard Goodwin University's unique 40-foot research vessel dubbed the R.V. Goodwin Navigator 
• Brunch
• Announcement & celebration of the 2024 Bud Foster awardee
• Guest Speaker Candice Constantine (More details below)
• Additonal fun activities!

Schedule (Subject to change):

10:00am: Boat #1 departs from Connecticut River Academy - arrive at 9:45am (ticket holders only)

10:30am: Doors of Goodwin University open! Brunch & mimosas in the Community Room and patio (catered by the Spicy Green Bean)

11:30am (SHARP!): Annual Meeting

12:00pm: Guest speaker: Candice Constantine from Fuss & O'Neill presents "Community-Centered Climate Adaptation and Ecosystem Restoration"

1:15pm: Boat #2 departs from Connecticut River Academy (ticket holders only)

The boat rides will take approximately 45 minutes and will include views of the Connecticut state capital, Hartford's waterfront, the historic Buckley bridge, sand bars and sedimentary islands, and even possible wildlife sightings.

The Annual Meeting will be available as a virtual link and recorded for anyone who would like to attend remotely.
