Brief description of the trash site

This is a steep bank without easy access. Would need access by boats to load trash down to boats and take out via a boat ramp. (Maybe Norm's in HInsdale?) This should be logged as a big site! Kathy will try to organize community members to tackle this in October of 2022. Needs to be scheduled outside of S2S weekend possibly.
