Cigarette butts, candy wrappers, takeout food containers, household garbage, paraphernalia, general trash being tossed into Brook and leafblowers are blowing pavement litter into Whetstone Brook in early a.m. about 6:30 before been seen. Possible tenants in housing above Co-Op but not public works or landscapers. This is criminal environmental polluter case.
