Whetstone Brook that passes through Brattleboro into the Connecticut River at Hinsdale, NH is being intentionally polluted with hoysehold and other small litter. ALERT! QUANTITY IS SIGNIFICANT. This is not a runoff problem Alcohol containers

Cigarette butts, candy wrappers, takeout food containers, household garbage, paraphernalia, general trash being tossed into Brook and leafblowers are blowing pavement litter into Whetstone Brook in early a.m. about 6:30 before been seen. Possible tenants in housing above Co-Op but not public works or landscapers. This is criminal environmental polluter case.
