Brief description of the trash site

Forested site on an extremely steep bank. Railroad tracks at the base of the steep bank, but you do NOT need to cross the tracks to get at the trash I saw. The site is just off a trail that runs adjacent to Worthy Ave. Street parking available. Small residential street.
