You are invited to a welcome party on Monday, October 28 from 5 – 7PM at the DeKoven House, 27 Washington Street, Middletown, CT. Stop by to meet Kelsey, learn what you’ve made possible for your rivers this year, and get a preview of CRC’s priorities for Connecticut in 2020. Light refreshments will be served and RSVPs are appreciated at https://ct-welcome-party.eventbrite.com/

Kelsey Wentling joined CRC as a River Steward in September. She graduated with an M.S. in Environmental Conservation from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Her research explored how science and policy interact in trans-boundary river basins, using case studies to identify ways to promote the use of science in management decisions. She also has experience with volunteer engagement and helping folks make a difference for their communities and local environment. Kelsey will be operating out of CRC’s Middletown, CT office. You can reach her at kwentling@ctriver.org or 860-704-0057.
