Contractors licensed to practice in the State of Massachusetts are requested to submit proposals for infrastructure improvements to enhance an existing river access point at Jones Ferry in Holyoke, MA. This project is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 and administered by the Connecticut River Conservancy, in close partnership with Holyoke Rows and the City of Holyoke, to respond to a significant increase in use at the Jones Ferry river access point resulting from the COVID pandemic. All of the work to be completed for this project requires work in and around the Connecticut River and river floodplain.
For project specifics and technical specification, please see the request for proposals below. Many thanks for your interest in submitting a proposal and cost estimate for this exciting recreational access project!
